Learn about boating and get on the water at Shilshole Boatfest

Shilshole Bay Marina’s Boatfest and Seas the Bay event is set for this Saturday, June 10 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This free event is designed to get you and your family and friends out on the water and introduce you to people who can help navigate how to get into boating (even without owning a boat), how to boat safely and how to protect the environment while boating.

Along with the opportunities to enjoy the water, there will be kids’ activities, live music, food trucks, vendors celebrating the local Ballard community and more!
